Hi, finally got a good news in the year of 2019 after the long journey.
Timeline:
RCB applied and approved: Jul 2017
Nomination and visa applied: Jul 2017
Nomination refused: Dec 2017
without asking any additional documents and refused straight away.
for some reason we missed the 28 days for appeal but then we decided to apply again.
we submitted basically same materials.
2nd time:
RCB applied and approved: Feb 2018
Nomination and visa applied: Feb 2018
Additional documents required: Oct 2018
including company latest BAS, payslips, tax and superannuationĀ records,Ā police clearance, relationship proof, etc ( a lot of documents)
Additional documents submitted: Nov 2018
Nomination approved: Nov 2018
Visa approved: Jan 2019
Ā
State: QLD
Occupation: Diving Instructor
Ā
Hoping everyone will get some good news very soon! Good Luck!

Hey guys,
Is it safer to call the immigration about the visa application? ?
I am bit scared......any suggestions would be appreciated.....
My agent said even if i call them its not gonna make any difference.
Thanks for your helpĀ
I guess it is safe as they hardly give a damn shit to anyone calling or Emailing.

Being that your family menbers are included in your application, it would be very difficult for them to meet the genuine temporary entrant (GTE) requirement which is attached to all temporary visas. In other words it would be too difficult to convince immi that they would return after visiting you. You may want to talk to a migration lawyer but they will most likely tell you the same thing.

Thanks for your suggestionsĀ

Processing time is updated monthly and because it is an average of the time taken to process all the Visas for that month, it is very unreliable. Some people get their visa in 10 months and others after 24 months. You will be surprised to get an answer soon because some applications from jan and feb 2018 have been processed. All the best.
It depends also on the occupation you're applying for (IT engineer, cook, Cafe Manager, Nurse, etc.) every occupation is different ; also depends on the state you're applying, last but not least is that immigration makes sure that the business is financially stable and able to pay you wages at least for the first 2 years.

Hi, thanks for explaining it further.
In my case I applied as ā€œimporter / exporterā€, state of South Australia and the company is a multinational with branches all over the world...
Is there a place to check if the occupation or the state is in priority? Appreciated!!!

Is there any Cafe-Restaurant Manager Visas approved in QLD on the last two months? I'd like to see and know about Cafe Managers in QLD. I applied in Feb 2018 and it seems that most of approved visas are from lodgents made inJune-July 2017 but Are there Cafe Managers that applied in those months? Still waiting or got it approved?

I applied for 187 direct entry stream in march 2018 (RCBļ»æ, nļ»æomination and visa together). RCB got approved in May.

I got a response from nomination in November, asking for more evidences of why the business needs me. I havenā€™t heard from them after I responded.

And few days ago, I got a response from visa asking asking for three documents.

1. Completed form 80

2. The documents I sent toļ»æĀ the rpl provider

3. Evidences of my work experienceĀ

As of now, I have 2.5 years work experience in the same field. I am worried about them refusing my application based on the rpl.

please advice me what is best for me.

Hi maite i applied 187 visain feb with the help of tpl .. no news yet can i get your number so i can talk with you in regards to this ..Ā

Thank youĀ
