Mel855
I have just been granted my temporary 820 (uk) partner visa. It says I will automatically be considered for a permanent visa two years from lodgement (commencement) date. Does this mean two years from when I applied for the visa or two years from when it was granted? Also , do I need to do anything? is there anything else I need to submit or will they automatically assess my application In two years? Thanks
Raul Senise
2 years from when you applied for the visa. They will request evidence that you are still together at this time.
wrussell
The DIBP has announced that they will no longer be sending reminders about second stage partner visa pocessing. You cannot really expect this level of servive for a measly $7000 +.
