Sally Jane Posted November 1, 2018 Share Posted November 1, 2018 We got our application in June 2015, our agent asked us to go for medicals, and have police check in May 2018 Daughter is AOS and has been to centre link, she said there is a big hold up there with applications due to a change in policy 40 months in and still no closer, yet the Australian Government still says it can take 18 to 24 months to process Visas ! Tanddl Posted February 7, 2019 Share Posted February 7, 2019 We can sympathise, as applied in December 2015, queue seems to have stalled, I am going back to visit Mum again, she is on her own and my husband and I have been doing this separately each year since 2015. Spoke to our local MP to try to get the dept to look into delays in processing and no real interest. Despite this we remain positive and find this helps keep Mums spirits up too.
