Samson Posted August 31, 2017 Share Posted August 31, 2017 Hi, Not sure if anyone knows, However If a 457 nomination was approved and a visa application submitted and the visa process approval process took longer than a year, Would the nomination expire? or because the visa application is in progress it wouldn't expire? The visa application may need to be submitted within xxx months of the date the nomination is approved and as long as that's done, then you simply wait for the visa application to be finalised.
