You can get to them on – Email: healthenq@bupa.com.au (2 business days reply time) Phone: +61394876400 (they're only open mon-fri, 8am-8pm syd time) Facebook: Bupa Australia Twitter: @bupaaustralia The social media team is really good, they reply Mon-Fri.
