wesso Posted July 25, 2017 Share Posted July 25, 2017 Hi, my son has a PR visa through me. He went back to Uni in the UK last June and now has decided to go travelling. He has been out of Oz for 13 months now already and I am worried he will have Visa issues. What are the rules about him travelling / working overseas? I don't want him to cock up his Visa - I heard he has to be back in Oz before 2 years is that a fact or have the rules changed? Collie Posted July 25, 2017 Share Posted July 25, 2017 Yep, it should say it on his visa but normally multi entry for 5 years on the initial grant of the visa.
