ScottishMatilda
I really don't understand this...perhaps someone can explain? If you submit your EOI and the occupation ceiling is already at its maximum...what happens? I feel (probably unduly) worried about this and just wanted to check it out... Quoll
Once the ceiling is reached then no more offers for that occupation for the remainder of the year https://www.border.gov.au/Trav/Work/Skil Edited July 23, 2017 by Quoll
VERYSTORMY
Most occupations don't have one or have one that they never reach. But, some do have ones that are reached very quickly such as accounting. In such occupations invites are sent out based on points, so the applicants with the most points get invited first. Once the ceiling is hit, no more invites go out. So, for example, an accountant with 60 points will probably never get an invite.
