GeorgeStobort
Is there certain professions on the MTLSSL that once you qualify you can apply for a permanent visa and do not need to have a certain number of years experience before hand? wrussell
For most occupations a period of work experience is needed to obtain a positive pre-migration skills assessment. For those that do not require work experience, points might present a problem.
VERYSTORMY
Some of the engineering roles including degree qualified engineers. A number of health occupations require either none or a few months. However, be very aware that the skills lists can change and even occupations thought very safe can be removed. For example, it would have been thought medical doctors would be safe as it gets, yet the government recently said it wants to remove them. VicViP
Accounting - If your degree hits all of the unit as specified by CPA, straight positive assessment Engineer - Not too sure with the details, but some engineers do not require working experience for EA. IT professions - Only if you take professional year program, you're waived and will be granted positive skill assessment from ACS.
