Due to domestic issue with my wife i was arrested by police few months ago and they released me with conditions with a court date.i returned to my home country with lot of stress and could not attend the court . then i got to know that court has issued me a warrant as i didn't attend. when it's come to the Australia PR application. VERYSTORMY Posted July 16, 2017 Share Posted July 16, 2017 You have a significant issue as from the perspective of the authorities both in the UK and potentially in Australia, you have fled a charge. You will, as a minimum need a migration agent and I suspect you will have to return to the UK to face any charges. Every country regards a person who flees from criminal justice very harshly.
