poppyblue Posted July 15, 2017 Share Posted July 15, 2017 Hi there , I have completed the IELTS 6 months ago I bought the cambridge IELTS book it was helpful, I got 7.5 in R,W,L and 9 in S. (gutted as I needed 8 in all for superior for points) however used the IELTS for AASW skills assessment and have booked PTE test to try again for superior points for 189 visa. I found the listening was easy and speaking just asked you general questions again very easy The reading one was tricky, and writing I felt pushed for time to complete the task however there is plenty revision technique on Youtube I have chosen PTE test this time as this accepted for the 189 visa (it wasnt for AASW assessment) and i am hoping that this is a more favorable process. You tube has some videos showing techniques that may be of help on how to tackle the writing.
