On the immigration website where I calculate visa fees it says it's £2245 for me as the skilled independent applicant and £1125 for my partner (additional applicant over 18) and £565 for my three year old son. £3935 is the total. It's only if he doesn't have functional English. I seen on the website today also when you log into immi account that additional people on your visa no longer need medicals unless requested.
