farfalla25
Hello everyone, Has anyone had a 407 training visa in cookery?? I am looking at doing a 6 mth cert III in cookery then applying for a 407 visa, does anyone know if it is possible to do so off the bat of a 6 month study programme?? Also I have been told the 2 year 407 in cookery would give me enough credits to result in my coming out the other side as a qualified chef, anyone shed any light on whether this is true? Thank you in advance :-) Nina

AJ
so your going to pay for a student visa, then a 407 and still have to go home at the end of it. you cant work on a 407 and you need private health insurance, you have to show you are genuinely only looking to stay for the 2 years and Sponsorship by an approved Temporary Activities Sponsor is required. its it really worth all the hassle?
