Many newish units there are in flood prone areas - Campbell Street for instance, posh units, car park floods every couple of years and a few years ago (NOT the 2010/11 floods) people were out of their homes for months Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

What's your view of the safety/access to facilities of that area? Flood risk apart, what's the general feel of this area?
