Mom on 457 Posted May 25, 2017 Share Posted May 25, 2017 Hi. I have been on 457 visa since September 2016. Can I still proceed with my children's visa application as dependants? I have lodged my husband's visa application since February this year and up to now no response yet. My occupation is on the caveat list although I am working in a skill required in Regional Australia. I hope you can shed light on the matter. MaggieMay24 Posted May 28, 2017 Share Posted May 28, 2017 If your employer is willing to extend the 457 nomination to include your husband and children, then you can lodge subsequent applications for them to be granted their own 457 visas as your dependents.
