Liz24
Can anyone give me more info on what 'visa ready' means and what difference in terms of waiting times to be granted PR visa being visa ready makes? Does it make a significant difference in getting visa faster? Thanks
wrussell
Did you mean 'decision ready'?
Liz24
Not sure? I was told if you get medical and police check before you lodge EOI/ visa then it can speed things up because you are 'visa ready'!
Guest
I don't know why you would undertake a medical and police check before you've even lodged an EOI tbh. You may not be invited to apply for a visa and are a fair few hundred quid out of pocket therefore. I'd wait till you actually can apply for a visa and if you want to provide them alongside your application, do so, if not, wait till your CO requests them. Liz24
Oh right I was told this was a good to do. But it looks like no one has heard of it.
wrussell
There used to be a 'decision ready' facility available to RMAs for priority processing. It has been removed.
