Samchana Posted May 6, 2017 Share Posted May 6, 2017 I have one query if someone can help me please....?When you got invitation in EOI FOR 190 visa To submit the documents within 14 days...AND then we submit the documents within that time...... Is that these documents they ask are for state nomination..... and then again we need to wait for nomination approval after submitting all documents within 14 days ? If yes then after getting nomination approval how many days they will give us to apply for visa....?Please reply if someone know all about itThanks. peterelky Posted May 6, 2017 Share Posted May 6, 2017 When you get the EOI you submit the docs within 14 days, you then have to wait for an invitation to apply, ours only took 2 weeks for NSW, but it can take up to 3 months, once you receive the invitation to apply you have 60 days to apply, the general wait time for approval after the application is 4 months, however ours came in 2 weeks yet again, this was from April this year so will hopefully give you some ideaSent from my iPhone using PomsinOz 1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
