Applying for 187(health issue)

Hi

 

I am applying for 187 permanent visa.im done my medical today i am worry because i have a long prognosis of kidney problem since 2010 i have a proteinuria and my kidney function since then is still normal.my specialist said i have to maintain my highblood pressure medication to less my protein

 

Any good advise
