• Electronics Engineers
• Industrial, Mechanical and Production Engineers
• Other Engineering Professionals
• ICT Business and System Analysts
• Software and Applications Programmers
• Computer Network Professionals

What about cooks.... i submit EOI FOR 190 visa with 65 points on 6th April...any idea about that occupation

Cook isn't a pro rata occupation so it wouldn't affect your EOI.  You can find status of the various occupation ceilings on the SkillSelect page on the DIBP website.
