AAT appeal for 187 nomination refusal

Because he mentioned that its not sure if i will def be getting bridging visa e or not. Until then my anxiety will chew me up

Has anyone got their AAT appeal outcome from 2017 till now?? If yes can you please share your experience

Just received an email from my MA saying the tribunal has approved my nomination and my visa application has been sent back to the department!!!

I am so happy and have started to see the light at the end of the tunnel!!!

Congratulations. That's a great news and little hope for us. Could you please advise me what type of business? Retail shop or fuel station?

Congrats mate could u pls inform me what is the turnover of ur business. My nomination also refused in December 2017 retail manager from Tasmania.My employer received  a email to provide updated information from AAT.

 I am concerned about right now Iam not working there my employer expanded a new store. What are the chances.

Turnover is 450k per year. The positive thing was that the turnover kept increasing every year since I became the manager. I am still working there.

Mine around 400k per year it’s in Tasmania. The good thing is my employer expanded his business he bought a new store under the same ABN. As soon as I will get nomination approval Iam going to start that store.

is it mandatory to work before visa approval.

Congratulations, I'm dying to hear your news back from 2017 til now!!! You give me hope, do you have to attend any hearings or just provide the list of documents that you provided before in your old post???

Truly happy for you. A refusal is a pretty bad knock down but once you can see there's still hope it feels good. Hope you get your PR soon!

Question to whom got the nomination approved by the tribunal and was asked again to do medicals. How did you take the appointment? Did you have to create a new application in immi account and then linked it to the original visa application (which in my case still says FINALISED)
