Hi does any one know how to prove that nominated position is a genuine position? Secondly, what could be the most common docs CO ask? As far as i know are BAS and staff payroll.

you need to submit docs to RCB they will check if position is genuine and give the approval

The list is extensive and will depend somewhat on the business and position.

You need to get this right as Immigration has started refusing applications without requesting further documents if they are lacking.

RCB has nothing to do with meeting the Genuine Position requirement.

Thanks Raul, I'm just wandering what type of docs r we need to show immi to justify genuine position.?

There is no one size fits all answer.

The documents will depend on many factors including type and size of business, the role being nominated, whether you are already employed in the position, etc.
