ayda Posted April 14, 2017 Share Posted April 14, 2017 Can anyone offer any help please? I am waiting for my skills assessment to be processed and to sit IELTS (29th April). All being well with IELTS I hope to submit my visa application around mid May. I was planning to go for 190 Queensland state nomination but they are now temporarily closed. If I gain enough points on IELTS to go for 189 independant visa I could also do this - however my occupation has been flagged for 2017-2018 so may be removed come june or july. If I submit EOI before the new SOL but don't receive invitation to apply and my occupation is removed can I then resubmit for state sponsorship if still on their CSOL? As I say, I would prefer Queensland but would also consider NSW - currently also on their csol. Hope that makes sense . 1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I can't offer any formal help, but I thought I'd give you some support: The new lists do not get published until early July, so if you have enough points, you should hopefully get an invite well before then.
