Tax free threshold

Hi

Does anyone know how to answer the 'tax-free threshold' question on the tax declaration form?? I made some search online but couldn't find a definitive answer since the tax rule has been changed recently. I consider myself as a resident for tax purposes and I am eligible to claim tax free threshold according to the old rule. However, I am really confused now because every dollar you earn will be taxed. So, it seems that WHV holders can no longer claim tax free threshold regardless you are a resident or non resident under the new law.

Not really sure about this... Does anyone have any ideas? Much appreciated if you know the answer.:)

I was considered a resident for tax purposes because I lived in the same place for more than 6 months. I was able to do this for both my 13/14 WHV and 14/15 WHV, unsure of any new rulings though. From memory it was something mad like 42% if you couldn't get residency tax status
