Barry1986 Posted April 4, 2017 Share Posted April 4, 2017 Hi I am wanting to know if I can take batteries for my hand tool on the plane. I company we a shipping with prohibits batteries. So Can I take the batteries in my hand luggage or hold luggage? Flying Etihad if that makes any difference. Any help appreciated thanks. Wooba Posted April 6, 2017 Share Posted April 6, 2017 I flew air Canada and they are prohibited in checked baggage. They were required to be hand luggage. I had several batteries including two pretty large hilti batteries. Guest The Pom Queen Posted April 11, 2017 Share Posted April 11, 2017 I have just travelled with an electric mobility scooter it had 2 x 20ah lead acid batteries.
