I find echinacea works a treat if I'm coming down with a cold. I know lots of people who swear by turmeric it works great for pets as well so I'm going to try that. Kyolic liquid garlic (taken in empty gelatine/veggie caps) and olive leaf extract. Can't remember when I last had an URTI...I think it was 1994.
