Jamie parsons Posted April 1, 2017 Share Posted April 1, 2017 (edited) Can anyone answer this. I'm using visa bureau for my 190 visa. So far they have- lodged an EOI with nsw. Invitation to apply State sponsorship application lodged We are 4 weeks into the 12 week time line. Has my age now been locked in, as I will lose points on 15th July when I turn 33. Posted April 4, 2017 Share Posted April 4, 2017 The points for your age are as at the time of your Invitation to Apply for the Visa; not invitation to apply for NSW state nomination. Sounds like you are waiting for NSW to approve your state nomination. Only after this will you receive your Invitation to Apply for the Visa. ABG Posted April 6, 2017 Share Posted April 6, 2017 ^ This. Points on EOI change as time passes. Mine went up as whilst waiting for State sponsorship I went to top bracket for work experience.
