Having just read a couple of posts, does that mean once case officer requests medical, everything else will be okay? My case officer has requested medical but nothing else

 

Hi Tracey, i'd say so yeh. It's the last thing they look at and they wouldn't request it if everything else wasn't acceptable :)

Nomination Approved 25/02/2014

 

Now starting my application, do u need to submit a cv and reference? How long does the police clearance expire? I had mine done in December 2012.

we are on the same boat

I just got the nomination and submit the visa application several days ago

if you did not submit your CV before

you should submit it on your applicaiton

 

the police clearance should be expire for 1 year

 

which office will you submit your application?

and what stream are you belong to?

As we submit the visa application after got nominaiton

we have to wait for another several month

Nomination just been approved!!!!! woooooooooooo hoooooooooooooooo. Case Officer just called and requested medicals and then it'll be granted!!!!

 

Stats:-

ENS Transition Scheme - Not decision ready and didn't use an agent

Lodged nomination and application - 6 November 2013 (no medicals)

Lodged at Paramatta

Nomination approval: 28 February (Melbourne office)

Medicals requested: 28 February (CO was lovely - based in Melbourne - she said it doesn't matter where you lodge now they are all getting shared out via Mel/Perth etc.

Been watching this timeline for a while and just to update you on ours. Nomination Direct entry at Perth via MA 28.11.13 granted today!. Just waiting for youngest passport to come back and our applcation will go in.

3 months gone today and havenot heard even a single word from department ,status is still in progress and people who applied with me on same day and same office got co 10 days a ago and I am still waiting so annoyed today :-(

Shobi777, do you not have your nomination approved yet? My case officer for nomination is the same as for application, so if so, try contacting case officer on nomination approval

 

 

Hey tracey no nomination has not approved yet ,and I lodged both applications same day ..

Does anyone know how to go about getting Police clearance from Uk?
