Thanks Hi Ozzy Man Yea I am waiting 8 months - submitted on 1st Oct 2019 There was a 5 month delay in my application as it needed a character assessment but this has been sent back to immigration for processing since May 5th 2020. What are rejection chances for 186 DE and which visa is better. Seeing that I have already applied for 186 DE, I am not planning to accept an 190 invite, but want to take everyone's opinion. Congrats, These are my points (Disclaimer: not a professional advice, just what comes to my mind right now) Since 186 nomination is not approved, there is hurdle of getting it approved before proceeding with visa, but for 190 you are already on visa stage I guess.( only thing you should be working in that state for next 2 years I guess.) Again if 186 is DE one employer has to prove the position exist for next 2 years, given covid and all unless your business is not strong would be a bit hard to provide docs and prove. One more point to note is 186 has less timeline including visa grant but 190 visa grant timeline is about an year. So all in all there is up and down in both cases. On the company providing information of financials, I understand from my lawyer that the company financials etc. are quite strong, so I should be good in terms of nomination requirements.
