Recently 186 DE times have been decreasing, so let's hope it carries on that way

It is almost 4 and half months after nomination and

nearly 3 months after last documents submitted,

so I think the time line varies considerably which depends solely on CO.

Yap, talked to MA and given me a big hope coming near future for me.

In fact, he mentioned, nothing to be done in this stage. By the by anybody having any idea to knock CO or Immi Dept about the delay?

Have been a silent reader on this forum and found it a great source of encouragement. I went  through the 186 TRT stream and applied back on the 17/09/2019 and had it granted today on 30/01/2020, the full details are in the email signature.

Hi all,

The immi Department has asked my company for additional documents on Tuesday, 28 Jan 2020.

My company has uploaded additional documents in this morning Thursday 30 Jan 2020 around 9am.

At 7pm today, the same day, I got an email from S56 for the relationship document with my patner for my visa application. I have uploaded immediately and submit. 

The status has been changed to "Futher Assessment".

Does it mean the nomination has been approved today?

They sent s56 Request yesterday for updated police checks with both names and subject access to show all spent (1 caution back in 2013)

Nomination approved today! 

Sent off for new police checks so hopefully I'll receive the golden email within 2-5 weeks!

Immigration requested s56 9th of January. Medical done on 15th of January. Police check submitted 22nd of January. We going to pay Money English test for dependent . My agent already requested about that payment from immigration. I haven’t got any response yet from immigration about the payment.

I still cannot believe it. The status was shown “Received” two days ago when I checked it on the website and now it is “Finalised”

I've got 4 friends working in different fields, from different countries and all had gotten their visa via 186 TRT in 2019 and the longest only waited for 6 weeks!! I'm trying not compare my situation with them and telling myself waiting is completely normal... and I'm not alone. Keep the faith and I'm sure we will all get through it soon!

A 23rd December lodgement date means your application went in just as everyone at went off on xmas leave!

The kids are back in school now so hopefully people are back from their annual leave, but I bet they are a couple of weeks behind since it's such a popular time for a holiday.

I bet it'll come through in a few more weeks
