Aron 45 Posted April 10, 2019 Hi Folks, My visa was granted this early morning. Thrilled. Details please see my signature. I want to say thanks to the forum. We have a lot of generous people who contribute here. I also want to thank @Hex. Though we never talked directly on the forum but you helped me with all the information you have been sharing . Also your forecast regarding the typical wait time (30 to 40 days) after CO requests more documents kept me sane during the last 30 days. This is a gift before my birthday and before my trip to Bali this weekend. All the best to everyone, Your VISA is coming. 1

If you provide some more information we can probably help or as I mentioned above you can ring the general immigration helpline. There is another paper that immigration requires you to sign that allows them to get in contact with MOJ for further clarifications if required. Your CO should tell you if that's required. anyways, there isn't really any point in trying to speed this up as the department of immigration doesn't seem to look at the files till 28 days after request (or over 40 days in my case). Yes, I know. But I’m more concerned about how long it takes DoHA to verify NZ police certificates, as it seems to be an unique step for DoHA to verify it with MOJ (for which the MOJ consent form is used) that only applies to NZ police certificates. Typical wait time is 4 weeks (which is tight when the timeframe to submit additional docs to immi is also 4 weeks), but got mine done in a week. and yes, as kiwibayer says, the bottleneck is aus immigration. Cbyrne11 34 Posted April 10, 2019 Hi guys, Have a question when your nomination is approved so you get a message on your immigration account. Hi - no you will not be alerted by immigration regarding the nomination. As that is separate and your company will be notified of this - or if the company used MA for nomination application then the MA will be notified. 1 457 Visa Granted June 2015 PR 186 Temporary Residence Transition Stream lodged 29/06/2018 | PR Granted 19/04/2019 Citizenship (citizenship by conferral) Application Submitted: 03/05/2020 | Status: Received 1. sydneyishuk 183 Posted April 10, 2019 Hi @Sure No I have not heard of this before. What has your MA said about it? You could try contacting the general query number for migration - as I have heard of them being able to give HAP IDs etc... Call them on 131 881 Is there any correspondence in the messages section of your immi account? If not - you may just need to wait it out until you are assigned a CO and they ask for your child's medical - then you can explain the mix up ? 1 457 Visa Granted June 2015 PR 186 Temporary Residence Transition Stream lodged 29/06/2018 | PR Granted 19/04/2019 Citizenship (citizenship by conferral) Application Submitted: 03/05/2020 | Status: Received 1. Hi - welcome, please update your signature - to share your timeline (instructions are in my signature) No, usually your application is looked at, so if they require any further details then they request all what is needed in the request s56. I would say it would be very unlikely for them to ask multiple times, as not efficient..... But I wouldn't rule it out.
