gonangee88
Hi there I am newbie here, I applied ENS TRT on 18th of January this year, and got document request from immigration - Genuine need of position and financial information. The position I applied is Customer Service Manager. Because I am mostly not working at head office, I am afraid if immigration directly call head office. I am imagining worst scenario if someone take a call and say something wrong and mess up. Is anyone know about this ? Do you think I should do special request for this ? I am thinking to send head office Genuine need document what I am going to send it to immigration If anyone can reply me that would be fantastic. Thank you

"Hi X, The current processing times for that visa is 17 to 25 months. Although this timeframe is not a guarantee or a maximum, it does give a good idea of what to expect as it represents how long it took to process 75-90% of all the applications that were finalised just last month. The status "further assessment" means that you have provided the additional information/documents that were requested and there is nothing more to do from your end at this time. If this changes the status will be updated and you will be contacted immediately, until that time you should continue to wait. Hope your application can be finalised in the near future, all the best." Above is another reply from DHA. Hope it helps. Stay strong!! I know, it sucks...but I guess these are the struggles we have to go through whether we like it or not, at the end of the day, it is their country...yes our money but we must adjust ourselves to their requirements. Hopefully yours comes through soon! Everything is uncertain, but every decision we make is a resignition: we DECIDE to come and stay in Australia, that means that for the time being we RESIGN to life stability, until we get the PR and so on. I shared some replies sought on Department of Home Affairs official FB. These replies normally assist us to understand how they work, although it is still an enigma. And then I wrote an opinion (that yes..no one asked for it, but with no intention to harm). So chill @Synergy22. Hopefully yours comes through as well. Hoping the good news is followed soon... Could you please let me know what your ETA was from nomination, to visa approval was? (I know this is ballpark, but I'm looking for others experiences). Additional docs were requested on the 30th August (for both visa and nomination) - which were then sent early September. Congrates mate ! if your Medical cleared then it will take maximum 2 weeks, it happened with my case. Good news loading mate. Ready for a big party. Hex
Further update to my case: I've been requested for a TB screening for my son - who's now almost 3 years old. We already had a valid medical for him, however, it was taken before he was 2 years old, there was no need for a TB screening. Now that he's older than 2, they require it. Hence, we need to go and do just the TB screening. Lesson to anyone in a similar situation - get the screening at the same time regardless. Did you check the Health examination in your immi account? Is your son cleared appearing on Health section ? It seems they want to push you little back. My son had an issue with health exam (further assessment) and eventually two and half months was wasted. So do act promptly. Good luck ! She didnt have any work experience and even I didnt use her experience in my ACS. She got all other documents except transcripts of her diplomo. Please clarify if any one had this situation? Thanks in advance. Ram.
