However, my application still say “last updated 10/01/2018”, although i check details of application, it said “received” for every pay slips file i uploaded and dated rightly (03/18). No one mentioned Refugee until you brought it up. The reason why I asked HR or LR is because, like it or not, that will have an impact on processing time. Hey @Anh Bui that "Last Updated" box means the last time the department updated your application, so don't worry; your attachments are all uploaded if they say 'received', and the next time that 'last updated' box will change is when the department actually make a move with your application!
