I wanted to know if there was anything I needed to provide as my nom was approved with no docs requested. Had a quick chat with a very nice lady who checked the file. Can't remember - always wondered whether calling would help but MAs can put the fear factor in you saying if you contact the dep directly they can't represent you as don't know what's been said lalalala....
