Thanks mate. That's what I thought but have not heard any case like that. Most of the cases immi approved the nomination and asked for the AFP. I guess mine is the first case they hold the nomination and requested AFP for the visa. Strange !!

Mine is exactly similar to yours as I applied on 11/5/17 both visa + nomination
19/10/17 CO asked AFP for me and my husband
Submitted same day ( but they wanted complete disclosure and by mistake I had standard disclosure one)
22/11/17 CO called work and my boss confirmed my job title salary and days I work.
Later that day CO sent a request for more docs which were AFP again ( as we didn’t realise it till then that we have given the standard one) salary and super statements for both employer and me and notice of assessment for last 3 years for me.
Submitted all docs on 6/12/17
Waiting since then .... looks like they are working on both files together as they have not approved nomination or visa

My nomination has been refused after 10 month since apply .its customer service manager Trt high risk.  

Immi account still saying received no update on immi account yet . 

Reason are

business failed to prove that they need customer service manager ( even though 70 % of business is online )

nominee didn't provide enough evidence to prove that he is performing the duties( provided statement  from colleague and owner , PAYG , bank statement , detail of customer service team ,provide more documents then originally provided for 457 etc )

My MA is  saying decision is ludicrous and reason are unjustified . She told me in her 21 years of being MA she never saw the way immigration dealing these days . Its ridiculous.

Thanks for awesome advice mate today my employer paid  to Pd training after consulting but what makes me worried is now what to write in correction form as being tax firm we always have to go through training and update our skills and  geniunely my firm has paid for training in last two financial years but part of training done by prinicipal which we both understood it was wrong idea in this week and my employer mentioned  he misinterpreted with legislation as principal is also included as australian resident & citzen in 1% for all this two years just because 457 immigration lawyer failed to mention about this obligation

So guys be aware of MA advice ask multiple times untill u get clear picture on what u buying just dont leave everything on those A-Holes and better to do your ground work aswell - my 186 can only be refused on training grounds if it happens it will total  mistake & lack of communication of MA (2years before) we pay huge amount for there services , relying on there advices we act upon and at end we are heading completely in wrong direction , i completely lost my hope after seeing visa rejection on solely based on training grounds  

But anyway cant leave the battle halfway right , So guyz tomorrow we have to write reason in correction form any of ur suggestions or advice is valuable

That was miscommunication happen at that time . They had 2 client with same name . By mistake they have sent email to me regarding refusal .

Nomination lodged 12/12/2017, application lodged 19/12/2017

Nomination and visa grant 17/05/2018 - application was decision ready, no documents requested by CO.

First I know and appreciate that I am incredibly lucky to have been granted PR in 5 months almost to the day.  I realise this may be little consolation for some of you with waits in excess of 12+ months, and I can only apologise for that, I do think occupation does have a massive influence on which applications are prioritised, (on MA's advice).  I wish you all the best for the future though if I am honest, some of you do need an attitude adjustment, (no names).

Please continue to be nice to each other and hold onto the positive vibes, I promise your day will come and this challenging journey will be worth it. Thank you all for your unwitting support, it helps more people than you all know

You have said you are refused three times. Does it mean you applied in different a occupation ( in any of the 3 attempts)?

Mine is a little bit different situation. 

Exactly after 11 months of wait CO rang at work and spoke to my boss on 1 May 2018. Verified my role, people working in the company etc. After 3 days they only asked for new AFP nothing else. No other documents were requested for nomination or company.

Same application same occupation but 3 case officer sent 3 different refusal letter but all the time telling my review differently.  Then I have to go back apply it again had to do everything all over again but it was same application I have to apply twice . It took immigration 2 yrs to approve 457 .

How did you get 3 case officers?? Something doesn't add up here..

Keep checking with my MA would my file all good if anytime they open...Finally my boss willing to provide all updated documents to my MA, now sit n wait for the time come.

My application  was offshore.  Case  officer said I can apply MRT onshore then they said I can't.  After I withdraw my application then they sent me another refusal letter  out of blue saying I can . All 3 times It was different case officer. It was  too much complicated and they said let's do the same application again . Had to do  everything all over again .had to pay all the fees again .
