How long do you need to stay in SA before you can file for the visa (living interstate at the moment). And with regards to the relative that will sponsor you. It says there that they need to be an eligible relative residing in SA. It also states that they need to be Aus citizen or PR. My question is what if the relative have an ongoing personal case in court (family matter) will this be a reason for DIBP for refusing the sponsorship visa. Thanks.
