Guest MR HOPEFULL Posted November 25, 2006 Share Posted November 25, 2006 Having read the "definition of a Dependant Child" I'm still somewhat confused as to requirement to complete Form 47A ? Will this form be required to be submitted even though my daughter is 20, in a de facto relationship (therefore by definition "no longer a dependant child") and dosn't wish to migrate ??
