Form 80

Just filling in this glorious form and am unsure on how to proceed when I get to the section on Associated people (family).

 

Question 43 is on children. I married for the first time and had two children, both grown up now, no problems with including them. But I remarried when my children were grown up, to a man, previously married, with two children of his own, we have since divorced. His children never lived with us, they lived with their mother. I have no contact with my ex or with any of his family. Do I have to include his two children, who technically were my step-children, for the few years we were married?
