calNgary
It will depend on where you are working a lot, commuting across Brisbane can be a nightmare. There arent that many avoid areas in comparrison to nice areas so dont worr too much a good drive around will tell you if its for you or not. It's often said Logan central isnt that great or its close surrounding suburbs, some parts of Ipswich are said to be a bit rough, North side areas like Narangaba, Deception bay etc dont have great reputations but i think you have to make up your mind. boganbear
What's wrong with Narangba? The schools are good, lots of new houses and facilities being built and crime is low. It's handy for the Su my coast and near all the shops and out of town stores in north lakes. D Bay on the other hand is not so good but it is improving as well
