Akila
Am currently in UAE Dubai and am planning to migrate to Austarlia and with reference to it and finalized two registered agents. 1. AMVL - Jennifer wood 2. AIVES - Rasheed Backer I met Jennifer wood and she explained the process and with AIVES i have not met Mr. Rasheed Backer, but one of the senior consultant Mr. Anees explained the process. The process explained by both are same with only difference in their cost. Am not looking at just cost as the reason to decide between these agents as it is big decision and choosing a right agent will help us proper migration to Australia. Guys can anyone help me in choosing the right agent.Your insights will help me choose the right agent. Akila

Alan Collett
Thanks but both are MARA registered agents and thats where the confusion starts. Jenneifer Wood - MARN 1684622 Rasheed Backer - MARN 0635909 MARN starting 06 means registered as a migration agent in 2006. MARN starting 16 means registered as a migration agent in 2016. This might - emphasis MIGHT - mean that one agent has more migration law experience than the other. Best regards.
Akila
Thanks for reply. I also enquired with few friends and decided to go with AIVES. They have given us a General Skilled Migration client contract with details of services provided and the fees for it and this should be signed by both parties before starting process. Is this agreement normal and routine under PR application when going through Migration agent. Your suggestions would be of help.

Hi Akila, In asking further questions of Alan you are asking a well regarded migration agent to comment on the processes of other migration agents. Suggest you also consider an assessment with the agents on this site to get a view on the cost and complexities of your situation. Good luck!
