bridgeymahon
HI everyone I am feeling pretty stressed out about this issue - I am a NZ citizen living in Australia with my husband of 20 years and we are moving back to the UK to live permanently ( he has a British/Kiwi/Irish passport) he has been out of the UK for so long he isn't entitled to the UK pension and I have just been advised that if I move to the UK I am no longer entitled to the NZ Pension ? does anyone know a way around this - are we not entitled to any type of pension ? this seems so unfair as we have to jump through hoops just for my spousal visa in the UK as well - seems everything is pointed against us - HELP??
