Dears ,

I'm Planning to apply for vetassess assessment as a Medical Administrator , I'm Egyptian

with 6 years Experience in the field of Medicine plus 2 years in general Administration , holding totally non relevant bachelor degree in philosophy , so what are my chances in getting a positive assessment

and what kind of papers I need to prepare to prove my skilled employment , I left my job there 2 months ago

I have a certificate of experience and a certificate of on job training for 6 months before starting

Pay slips ,I don't know if can get those , but I can get a salary statement

Any help from someone with experience in dealing with vetassess will be great

Thanks alot

My best wishes

Nesma

Hello Nesma,

Medical Administrator occupation categories in Group A; According to the VETASSESS guidelines, Group A Occupations require a qualification which is at least at the level of an Australian qualifications Framework (AQF) Bachelor degree, in a field highly relevant to the nominated occupation. In addition to this, the applicant must have at least one year of post-qualification employment in a field which is highly relevant and at an appropriate skill level to your nominated occupation completed in the five years before the date of application for a Skills Assessment. So in the absence of a relevant degree, you may not meet the VETASSESS requirements.

Thanks , I will consider totally , But if you can Explain further I will be grateful , Isn't that the same Skill level ?

and the tasks is Plans, organises, directs, controls and coordinates a primary health organisation that provides a broad range of out-of-hospital health services.

Sorry Nesma, Primary Health Organisation Manager is also in Group A; So seemingly you are not able to satisfy the VETASSESS requirements.
