lozwalsh91
Hello, So here is my situation. I came to Australia in December 2014 and did the majority of 2 years worth in Australia. I travelled much and really enjoyed my time there. Since I came home I realised that I should have done everything whilst there to be able to stay longer and become a resident. I have been looking into ways to come back over but agents seem very quiet on anything until I pay them money, which I don't want to waste without any hope. I am looking to get PR in Australia via any visa possible, be that student or whatever. I'm 25 years old, I have a degree in Business Systems & Information, you need to have two years experience in this area to go on the skilled visa list which I unfortunately don't have because I came to travel straight after I graduated. I have an Aunt who is Australian but from what I've read this helps me in absolutely no way whatsoever. Also, I'm English speaking & born. I've been looking at the student visa option but it seems like you need to spend 35000 for a few years to be able to get on a work visa afterwards.. How is stuff so expensive its crazy. I have the money for the skilled visa but unfortunately without the experience don't seem to be eligible at the moment. It sucks so hard trying to return to Australia. Is there any hope for someone like me in the near future? Thanks for any help and/or advice anyone could give. Regards, Laurence
lozwalsh91
Is it still possible to do a Diplomia course instead of a Degree or Masters for cheaper but still put you in consideration for PR?
Sina
There is no magic formula. To apply for a subclass 189, 190, 489 visa, you need to obtain a positive skills assessment from ACS. For 187 and 457 visas, you must find an eligible employer wishing to sponsor you.
