stevej
My wife and I are taking a trip in October to present in person at Ahpra Perth. The in principle letter states if cogs is over 3 months old a statutory declaration will be required. After hearing different stories we contacted Ahpra by phone and they have confirmed we can sign stat declaration even with cogs being 6 months 4 days old but will need a new fit2work as it will be 7 months 2 days old. We haven't seen anything that says a new fit2work is required but don't think we can risk it. Regards steve
DukeNinja
Hi mate, sorry to hijack your thread, but do you think you could send me a link to the statutory declaration you guys used for AHPRA please? Thanks, Kunal
stevej
Hi. We haven't got a stat Dec yet apparently you can sign one in the office when you present. They are different for each territory.
