A modern build studio with all you need to unwind after your journey. A place to stay while you can find your own house/rental. We are a family of 5 who emigrated ourselves 6 years ago from Holland. We can help you with your questions if you want us to. You will stay at our property, but you have your own entree and can be as private as you want. We live in a quiet location, but close to all facilities, you can walk to the shops and our famous bakery! Our Train station is in Belgrave and is 10 minutes by car. Studio Fully equipped kitchen, fridge, electric cooker Bathroom with shower, toilet and basin Bedroom 1: Queen Size Bed, with built in robes Bedroom 2: Double Bed & Single Bed on top, with built in robes(Cot and high chair/toys available on request) Lounge and Dining area Flat screen TV Parking next to your studio Wifi included bedlinnen and towels supplied We can do your laundry for a small fee Sorry no pets/ no smoking Emerald is a suburb in the greater Melbourne area, 44 km south east from Melbourne CBD, just inside the urban area. Emerald is known for the Emerald Lake Park. The lake offers barbecue facilities, children's playgrounds, a pool, paddle boats, walking tracks, fishing, model railway, cafe and a railway station for Puffing Billy. Emerald has a kindergarten and a pre school, Primary School and a High school. Emerald has its own Library, police station, community House, Golf course, Medical Centre, Woolworth, IGA supermarket. Charges Weekly rate is $450,- Discounted to $420 per week if stay is over 6 weeks. Cleaning The property is to be left in a high standard as found, If not and cleaning is needed, it will be at your own cost.
