sunny fuz Posted July 9, 2016 Share Posted July 9, 2016 My husband and I are in our 40's we moved from Liverpool Uk leaving a big family and social network in 2012 and we moved to Melbourne. We lived in Melbs for 4 years and we made some great friends and good memories. Decided to move to Brisbane for a warmer climate and chilled lifestyle so far so good. Been in Brisbane for 4 months now we live in a suburb on the outskirts of the Brisbane city. It would be great to socialise out of working hours and would love to meet new people who like a good laugh, like eating and drinking, music and a appreciation of rugby league would be a bonus! So I look to see if there are any stragglers like we were, needing some friends!! We are in our mid 40's got 2 girls 18 & 13, love drinking socialising, RUGBY LEAGUE & UNION!! Well be landing in Sept / Oct this year in Brisbane and we both come from Liverpool / Wirral and in our early 40's - So it would be lovely to meet like minded people for a few drinks, eats and a good laugh. Rugby not on our radar at the moment, but hubby is quite keen to experience it! He is a Blue (but does not live, breathe it - thank god!) Now that would drive me mad!
