I'm here on a 457 visa with my boyfriend so we are planning on being here for awhile. We've not really met many people. Would love to have somebody for beach days, drinks and going out. I arrived in Sydney in April on a 457 visa, along with my fiancé Tom, and haven't really had a chance to meet new people other than work colleagues so far. We're northerners too, from Yorkshire, and now living in St Leonard's on the north shore. Did you have any success with the meetup website?
