Now, They were doing internal reference check, they called to my pervious employer. But my employer answered them not really confident. And now immigration asked me to provide more detail about my license was suspended. So worried! schryised Posted January 6, 2017 Share Posted January 6, 2017 Hello everyone, I was granted a 457 visa earlier this year for 4 years. My wife was expecting then so I did not add her on my application. We are now blessed with a baby boy . I have submitted my wife's and son's subsequent entrant visa application on the 21st of November. Haven't heard anything since then. Just checked with my migration agent and was told there will be a delay due to Christmas holidays. Anyone here waiting for subsequent entrant visa since November? Any recent grants for applications in November? I am required to be in Australia by the end of this month and I was also wondering if I can apply for a visit visa for them while their case is being reviewed. Any guidance is appreciated. Samson Posted January 10, 2017 Share Posted January 10, 2017 I also have not heard anything and have emailed for priority assistance for a couple of reasons. Mainly I cannot use my health insurance until the 457 is granted and my 6 month limitation is up soon. I am sure they will not even reply lol its been 100 working days since RFI.
