Skill Assessment and Opinion on my Skilled Employment - Clarification on Statutory Declaration

I have got the copies of degree and employment letters attested from Notary Public in India.

 

I addition will be sending the original transcripts received from my University to Notary Public in India.

 

In order to provide evidence of skilled employment to Engineering Australia I have done a Statutory Declaration from my immediate supervisor on a plain paper and signed by Notary Public in India. Is it ok or is it required to be on a stamp paper or something else can anyone help me out with it.

 

Can anyone please advice on above.
