Where is that bottler?

on the south coast of the U.K. ... Bosham , Sussex .

my family are visiting from Australia ... lovely pub there and I am told it serves great beer ... you have to be careful when you park your car by the pub because when the tide comes in your car goes for a swim ...

I wondered where that was too.  Plenty of rain there.  Bit like we had the other day here though it dried up fairly quickly.

Thought it was Chi Harbour...Spent many happy holidays in that area.

BTW it is pronounced as BosHam, not bosh am, just for the uncouth Lancastrians...😉

Cheers, Bobj.

If you are depressed you are living in the past. If you are anxious you are living in the future. If you are at peace you are living in the present.

Had plans to visit this place with some friends tomorrow but rain is forecast.  It's a 25 acre rhododendron garden not too far from here.

Just want to wish you all the best for the next part of your life’s journey, wherever the wind blows you,  as you started from the Land Below the Wind as a child, had many adventures since , with more to come. Keep in touch, we might only be friends on line, but we have all supported each other over the years and do feel a strong friendship. Take care of yourself, x M

Thinking of you Tink.  The secret of happiness is freedom. The secret of freedom is courage.

Never had that sea wall when I used to have holidays there (1953-1957) I stayed in Beach Rd. And used to row out to Fowly Island, which used to be an oyster farm.

Cheers, Bobj.

this was the beginning of the several visits to pubs yesterday by " the boys " ... starting in Emsworth and ending in Old Portsmouth stopping on the way home for a kebab from the food van on Portsdown Hill ... sleeping the sleep of the dead now ...

PS ... they did not drive while doing it ...

they have had to build the sea wall in front of The Ship Inn at Langstone , Hampshire higher as the sea levels have risen flooding the car park ...
