The left is a mango daquiri and right is long iceland ice tea id already mixed it together xD obviously not first class cocktails but still nice!

Next to do project started today actually, i need to clear and cut back all the fines from this massive tree it's turned into a bush at the base and wind blown leaf mulch as collected it the base.

see the damp patches? well do big deal in itself but the banding of damp manifests itself exactly where cavity trays are.  Is water getting in the cavity via the parapet or the flat roof, tracking down the inside cavity and pooling in the trays?  I could be the residue from the brickies leaving cavities open during construction (most likely) and the water finding its way down or it may be parapet copings not watertight if roof leaking at the seams where the upstands are.

The top 2 could be down to the capping on parapet not fitted correctly  , all the others below windows maybe cavity trays and weep holes blocked or windows not sealed correctly at a first glance

She collects it friday, shes having private plates on this one our treat - god knows what shes going to have on them xD
