Suzukiscottie
I'm in Melbourne, but my agent was in Perth. All plain sailing! http://www.isagroupinternational.com/contact-us/
blossom
Does he or his partner have an occupation on the sol or csol?
IAN NINA & GEORGE
His wife is a primary school teacher who has past one of the age group tra's for wa sponsorship but when she was invited to apply she was told she needed a job offer within 30 days. I know of somebody else who has been rejected in this way. It's a bit of a strange one as I don't know how any teach could get a job offer within 30 days who is not in the country.....seems like a bit of a con.... Realistically no, hardly anyone is going to be able to secure a job offer from overseas, but there could be somebody already in the country, maybe with a job but not a PR visa and unable to get employer sponsored for whatever reason. I don't think anyone is being conned out of anything. Anyway no unfortunately family sponsorship is only an option for jobs on the SOL, so you cannot sponsor them. MaggieMay24
It's not a con. It's a way of ensuring that new migrants are assured a job when they get here. I assume these are occupations where there is lower availability so they minimise people getting here and not being able to find work.
